1979 Catalina 30 sailboat Pepin, Marina Pepin Wisconsin right on the Mississippi River. SLIP IS ALREADY PAID for the season! Does not have TrailorComes with a cradleClean title and Hin# from Minnesota Tall rig, bowsprit, wing keel. Yanmar diesel YJ12 engine, The engine runs great, and 3 blade folding prop. Sails are in good conditionNew bottom paint and refurbished rudder 2022New engine hoses 2022New batteries 2021New ray marine i50/60 instruments and sensors 2023. The windex is in the V birth I have not had time to install it, the wire is already in the mast. All gauges work great. New inside light fixtures 2023 New upholstery inside and outside 2 New jib sheet, main sheet, traveler lines 2023. I did not finish the exterior woodwork but some of it is refinished. New stainless rudder cap and emergency tiller 2023. Jabsco toilet works great it has a holding tank, which is empty. The freshwater tank is currently winterized but holds water and the foot pump works great.
