Her face is a softer material than her body, and her mouth moves when she talks She says multiple phrases and her head nods back and forth on some of those sentences. There is a button to press on her tummy to make her talk, but she is also interactive and will speak at intervals as well. She operates using 4 AA batteries (not included). Her battery terminals are clean and in great condtion. We checked her out carefully and she is functioning perfectly. She has been completely cleaned and sanitized, She comes in her original outfit. We have also included a velcro pink ruffled diaper. You can purchase special food and other accessories (not included) and she will eat and poop, Included is a Free Birth Certificate as well.
