100% working means 100% tested/ inspected & hooked up to a calibrated GOM-805 four wire milliohm meter with a temperature compensating probe for accuracy. Sound Inspection: Speakers are not just tested for sound, but actually listened to & with different types of music for distortion, crackling & sound inconsistencies and finally for overall sound quality. Physical Inspection: Housing is meticulously inspected for wear or damage such as scratches, gouges or cracks. Terminal is inspected for workability and wire retention. Grills are inspected for fabric tears, discoloration or a broken grill frame.
