Four Persian Rugs for sale in San Diego, California

Looking for reasonable cash offers on all 4 rugs. It is preferable that these get sold all together, but would consider selling individually.given the right offer.
This would be a good opportunity for someone that knows about fine rug cleaning. These rugs were in a residence that was partially flooded. Only 1 out of all 4 rugs got wet. That one needs to be professionally cleaned. It has been dried in the sun, but definitely needs to be professionally cleaned and deoderized.
The other 3 rugs sustained minimal, if any damage. One is a large Tabriz hand-knotted "Mahi or Fish" design rug, 90% lamb wool and 10% silk that is valued over $8000 alone. The other two consist of a Tabriz Persian Runner and one Persian Saratoga rug which is 100% wool.
