Must sell my fairly new Broyhill sofa. The sofa is approximately 3 1/2 years old, is around 80 inches in length from armrest to armrest and it is very well constructed for longevity. When I special ordered the sofa, I chose quality fabric for it"s long wearing value. Broyhill incorporates an inner facing material that helps maintain the exterior fabric from shifting and distorting fabric patterns when a person shifts their seating position. Their inner foam cushion is made to resist breakdown from heavy use. The plaid fabric features a colored background of Light cream with a dominant Wedgewood blue stripe and Kelly green, Cranberry red and Beige colored cross stripes with 4 coordinating pillows. Anyone who purchases this sofa will be pleased. It has never been exposed to cigarette smoke and I have kept it in very clean condition. It has never been exposed to pets.
